Scheduling reports on a set day per week

To schedule a report to run on a set day per number of weeks:

1. Select the report you want to schedule in the Report Selector window.
2. Click .
3. Select Enabled.

   

4. Select Recurring from the Schedule Type drop-down list.

   

5. Select whether to print or email the report from the Delivery Mode drop-down list.

   

   If you selected to email the report, type the Email From, Email To and Email Subject fields.

6. Select Weekly from the Occurs drop-down list.

   

7. Select the number of weeks between report runs. For example:
   • 1: run the report every week
   • 2: run the report every fortnight
   • 6: run the report every six weeks.
8. Select the days of the week the report runs on.
9. Click .
