Scheduling reports on a set day per month

To schedule a report to run on a set date per number of months:

Select the report you want to schedule in the Report Selector window.
Click .
Select Enabled.
Select Recurring from the Schedule Type drop-down list.
Select whether to print or email the report from the Delivery Mode drop-down list.

If you selected to email the report, type the Email From, Email To and Email Subject fields.
Select Monthly from the Occurs drop-down list.
Select Day.
Select the day of the month you want the report to run.

Tip: Use 31 if you want the report to run on the last day of each month.
Select how many months between report runs. For example:
- 1: run the report monthly
- 2: run the report every two months
- 6: run the report every six months.
Click .
