Changing pay codes for the current pay

You can switch one pay code or pay code type to another pay code. This is useful if you want to make the same changes to all employees in the current pay. To change pay codes:

  1. Select Action > Change Pay Codes for Current Pay....

    The Change Pay Codes for Current Pay window is displayed.

  2. Select the Pay Code or Pay Code Type you want to change.
  3. Select the Pay Code you want to change the original pay code or pay code type to.
  4. Click OK button.

    The pay codes are replaced.
