Setting values in bulk in Class Maintenance

You can set values in bulk in the Students bar of the Class Maintenance window, such as Start Date or Status of the students enrolled in a class. This applies a particular grid value to all of the students listed in the Students bar.

1. Open the Students bar of the Class Maintenance window and select the class you want to edit. See Class Maintenance - Students bar.
2. Click .

   The Students Bulk Set window is displayed.

   

3. Select the fields that you want to set for the students.

   Note: You can only select a value to bulk set once you have selected the check box next to the field name.
   

4. Enter the values you want to bulk set.
5. Use the Criteria area to select which students to apply the settings to. Select:
   • Yes to bulk set values for the students that meet this criterion
   • No to keep the original value for the students that meet this criterion
   • Ignore to bulk set values for all students regardless of the student's status.
6. Click to bulk set the values or to return to the Students bar without making changes.
