Using the Student Class Allocation window

You can maintain which students are allocated to which classes in the Students Class Allocation window.

Students Class Allocation window key fields and buttons

Filter fields

Students Class Allocation window(synweb, cut down, filter fields)

Field	Description
No Filter	Do not filter the student list.
Exclude Allocated Students	Do not include students who are already allocated to the displayed classes.
Only Show Students in Student Search Criteria	Only show students who match the search criteria.

Student grid area fields

Students Class Allocation window(synweb, cut down, Student grid fields)

Field	Description
Select	Select students to add to classes. Tip: Select the header field to select all listed students.
Name	Name, year level and house of the student.
ID	Student's Synergetic ID.

Classes area fields

Students Class Allocation window(synweb, cut down, Classes area fields)

Field	Description
No. of columns to display	Select the number of columns to display classes in.

Class header fields

Field	Description
{Class Code}	Class code of the class. Click Add to add selected students to this class. See Allocating students to classes.

Classes grid area fields

Students Class Allocation window(synweb, cut down, Classes grid fields)

Name of the student allocated to the class.
