Editing appointments

Appointments can be edited once they have been created. You can edit

When editing an appointment, you can:

To edit an appointment:

  1. Find the appointment you want to edit.

    Note: If the appointment is a week or more in advance, click Next week schedule button (synweb) to display the next week of the schedule, or click Exact date schedule button (SynWeb) to go to an exact date.

  2. Right click on the appointment.

    The appointment menu is displayed.

  3. Select Edit Appointment.

    The Edit Appointment window is displayed.

  4. Make any changes required.
  5. Click Save button.

    The appointment is updated.

Editing a series of appointments

To edit the entire series of a recurring appointment:

  1. Find the appointment you want to edit.

    Note: If the appointment is a week or more in advance, click Next week schedule button (synweb) to display the next week of the schedule, or click Exact date schedule button (SynWeb) to go to an exact date.

  2. Right click on the appointment.
  3. Select Edit Series.

    Note: If you want to edit only one appointment of a series, select Edit Appointment.

    The Edit Appointment Series window is displayed.

  4. Make any changes required.
  5. Click Save button.

    The appointment and any future appointments are updated.
