Public Medical Alert

Enter a summary of any medical information that needs to be known throughout your organisation, such as potentially life-threatening conditions including anaphylaxis, asthma and epilepsy.

Medical Alert

Select to indicate that the staff member has a medical condition that other staff members need to be alerted to.

The medical alert icon is displayed on the Staff Maintenance window.

Tip: Click on the icon on the Staff Maintenance window to go straight to the Medical bar.

Create a new staff member. See Creating staff members.

Display the Staff Maintenance Search Criteria window.

You can update the search criteria and search for new staff. See Searching for staff members.

Customise how the bars are displayed. See Customising navigation bars in the Introduction manual.

Create a new task relating to the current staff member. See Managing tasks in the Introduction manual.

Click to refresh the screen for the selected staff member.
