SubjectClassCategory Levels (synweb example)

To open the General bar:

Select Curriculum > Co-Curricular Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
Note: Your organisation may have several Co-Curricular Maintenance modules. Select the module that relates to the co-curricular program you want to maintain.

The Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the co-curricular program. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
Click the General bar.
Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

Field	Description
Code	Code assigned to the co-curricular program.
Description	Description of the co-curricular program.
Seq	Sequence number used to order the co-curricular program.
Grouping Level	Category level of the co-curricular program. See the luSubjectClassCategory lookup tablel.
From Year Level/ To Year Level	A range of year levels can be selected. If you only want to select one year level then you must enter it in both the From Year Level and To Year Level fields.
Age Group	Age group of the students in the co-curricular program. Tip: You can determine the sort order of age groups in the Co-Curricular Selector using the SortOrder field of the luAgeGroup lookup table. See the luAgeGroup lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
Learning area	Co-curricular learning area. For example, Basketball. See Creating co-curricular learning areas. Note: The title of this field is set using the LearningAreaOverrideText field. See the luFileTypeProgram lookup table.
Comment	General comments relating to the co-curricular program.
