Updating scheduled co-curricular events in bulk

To update scheduled co-curricular events in bulk:

1. Login to SynWeb.
2. Select Curriculum > Co-Curricular Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.

   Note: Your organisation may have several Co-Curricular Maintenance modules. Select the module that relates to the co-curricular program you want to maintain.
   

   The Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window is displayed.

   

3. Search for the co-curricular program. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
4. Select the All level in the co-curricular selector.

   

   Note: You need permissions to the AllFilters security resources to view the All category. See the Group/User Security Maintenance - Groups View in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

5. Click the Schedule bar.

   The Schedule bar is displayed.

   

6. Select schedules to process by selecting filters in the Schedule Filters area. See the Co-Curricular Maintenance - Schedule bar.
7. Click .

   The Schedule area is redisplayed.

8. Select the checkbox next to each schedule to be updated.
9. Click either:
   • to remove all selected events
   • to reset team confirmations including setting any medical read confirmations to unread for the selected events
   • to email the staff members responsible for the selected events. See Sending emails and SMS messages from grids in the Introduction manual.
