Select to display:

• current students
• future students
• past students.

Include Linked Courses

Select to include all the courses that share a link with the current course. See Course Maintenance - Linked Courses tab.

Status

Select to only display courses of a particular status. For example, completed or place offered.

Normal/Finalised Only

Select to only display courses with a status of Normal or Finalised.

Student Name

Name of the student.

Status

Student's status code for the course.

For example:

• Normal
• Enrolled
• Finalised.

The student's status is maintained using the Course Status field on the Enrolment tab of Course Details Maintenance. See Course Details Maintenance - Enrolment tab in the Current students manual.

Description

Describes the status of the student's enrolment in the course.

ID

Student's Synergetic ID.

Launch the Student Maintenance window for the selected student.

See Maintaining current students in the Current students manual.

Launch into Course Details Maintenance for the selected student.
