This section outlines changes to the Past students manual arising from changes made to Synergetic (versions 66.01-66R2).
Note: The look and feel of Synergetic depends on the PC it is running on. The screenshots in this manual use both the version 66 and pre-66 look and feel. You may notice a slight difference in appearance between this manual and Synergetic running at your organisation but the functionality is exactly the same.

New Portal Approval fields. |
The Portal Approval and Give Portal Approval fields on the Relations tab of Past Student Maintenance determine Community Portal permissions for the selected student.

You can now add and delete scholarship records on the Scholarship tab of Past Student Maintenance.

You can use the Individual Plans tab of Past Student Maintenance to maintain individual learning plans.

New STAR Funded Course Date field on the NZMOE tab under Past Student Maintenance to determine which students received Secondary Tertiary Alignment Resource (STAR) funding during the previous or current school year.

New Interviews tab. |
You can use the Interviews tab of Past Student Maintenance to schedule and maintain interviews. |
