Creating calendar membership rules

To create calendar membership rules:

  1. Select Module > System Maintenance > Membership/Calendar Configuration.

    Tip: You can also access the System Maintenance functions by clicking System Maintenance button.

    The Membership Configuration - Settings window is displayed.

  2. Click the Rules tab. See the Membership Configuration - Rules tab.

  3. Click New button (Membership Rules).
  4. Type a name in the Rule Name field.
  5. Select membership criteria to link multiple community members.

    Tip: Click Find... button (Membership Rules tab) to assign a single community member

  6. Select security settings for the rule. You can select:
  7. Click Apply button (Membership Configuration - Membership Rules tab).
