Membership Configuration - Community tab

Use the Community Membership tab to manage community permissions for each calendar membership type.

Note: Calendar memberships are updated as part of the overnight process.

Fields

Field

Description

Name

Name of the community member.

ID

Community ID.

Constituency

Staff

Whether the selected community member is a staff member.

Student

Whether the selected community member is a student.

Security

Security permissions granted to the selected community member.

View

Community member can view the selected calendar.

Update

Community member can modify the data and records of the selected calendar.

Insert

Community member can create new records for the selected calendar.

Delete

Community member can view the selected calendar.

Description

Rebuild button (Membership Configuration)

Rebuild community membership for the selected calendar membership type. This rebuilds the list based on the changes since the last rebuild.

Common fields

Grid area fields

Field

Description

Show Counts

Select to display the Counts fields.

Note: Selecting this field will slow searching.

Group By Source?

Select to group grid area entries by source.

Source

Calendar source. See Understanding calendar memberships.

Name

Name of the calendar.

Counts

Rules

Number of rules for the selected calendar.

Community

Number of community members using the selected calendar.

Appointments

Number of appointments in the selected calendar.

New button
