Adding existing allergies

To add an existing allergy:

  1. Click Add button (Medical Maintenance, Tests sub-tab).

    The Confirm window is displayed.

  2. Click Yes button (Confirm dialog window).

    The Existing Allergies window is displayed.

  3. Select the Select checkbox next to the allergies to be added.
  4. Click OK button.
