Adding new allergies

To add a new allergy:

1. Click .

   The Confirm window is displayed.

   

2. Click .

   The Medical Allergy field in the Details area is selected.

3. Select an option for each of the following fields:
   • Medical Allergy. See the luMedicalAllergyType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
   • Severity. See the luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
4. Type a description of the allergy in the Description field.
5. Type treatment details in the Treatment field.
6. Click .
