External Tests Maintenance - Details bar

Use the Details bar of External Tests Maintenance to maintain information about the test.

Note: These details are also maintained in the luExternalTests lookup tables. See Configuring external tests data in the System maintenance manual.

External Tests Maintenance - Details bar key fields and buttons

Fields

Field	Description
Type	Type of external test. Note: You cannot change the Type once student results have been entered.
Default Level	The default level of the test.
Description	Description of the test.
Test Date	Date the test occurred.
Is Active	If selected, this test can be utilised within your organisation.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Edit the external test details.
	Save any edits you have made. Note: This button only appears when you are editing the details.
	Cancel any changes you have made. Note: This button only appears when you are editing the details.

Common Buttons

Button	Description
	Delete the selected external test.
	Create a new external test record.See Creating external tests.
	Change the search critieria. See Searching for external tests. Note: This button only appears when you are editing the details.
