Adding co-curricular staff members

You can add co-curricular staff members to each co-curricular program. For example, in sports you might add:

To add co-curricular staff members:

  1. Select Curriculum > Co-Curricular Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.

    Note: Your organisation may have several Co-Curricular Maintenance modules. Select the module that relates to the co-curricular program you want to maintain.

    The Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window is displayed.

  2. Search for the co-curricular program. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
  3. Select the program you want to add the staff member to.

    Select level (co-curricular maintenance, synweb)

    Tip: You can also add teachers to the All category.

    Note: You need permissions to the AllFilters security resources to view the All category. See the Group/User Security Maintenance - Groups View in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

  4. Click the Staff bar.

    The Staff bar is displayed.

  5. Click New button (green plus icon, synweb).

    The Search Staff window is displayed.

  6. Either:
  7. Click Search-Add button (synweb).

    The grid area is redisplayed.

  8. Click Select link (Co-Curricular Maintenance - Staff bar, adding staff, synweb)next to the staff member you want to add.

    The Add Staff To window is displayed.

  9. Select a Role.

  10. Enter a Comment, if required.
  11. Click Save button.
