Co-Curricular Maintenance

To open the Staff bar:

Select Curriculum > Co-Curricular Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
Note: Your organisation may have several Co-Curricular Maintenance modules. Select the module that relates to the co-curricular program you want to maintain.

The Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the co-curricular program. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
Click the Staff bar.
Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

The Staff bar of the Co-Curricular Maintenance window is displayed.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the staff member.
Staff Code	Staff code of the staff member.
Role	Role of the staff member.
Comment	Comments about the staff member.
Seq	Sequence number used to order the staff members.
Future Events	Number of future events assigned to the selected staff member.
ID	Community ID of the staff member.
Seq	Click to move the staff record up or down in the list.

Role

Role of the staff member.

Comment

Comments about the staff member.

Seq

Sequence number used to order the staff members.

Future Events

Number of future events assigned to the selected staff member.

Community ID of the staff member.

Click to move the staff record up or down in the list.

Button	Description
	Launch the Search Staff window to add a new staff member record. See Adding co-curricular staff members.
	Edit the existing staff member's record.
	Delete the selecting staff member's record.
