Deleting contacts

To remove a contact from a student:

1. Open the Contacts bar of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Contacts bar.

   The Contacts bar of the Current Student Maintenance window is displayed.

   

2. Click for the contact to be deleted.

   The following dialog window is displayed.

   

3. Click .

   The contact remains in the community but they are no longer linked to the student as a contact. The relationship between the two community members is not changed. For example, a deleted contact who is a student's brother is still listed as the student's relation. See Relations in the Synergetic Community manual.

   Note: You cannot delete a contact if that would leave the student with no Lives With contact.
