luReportResultTypeMaskExpanded lookup table

Description

The luReportResultTypeMaskExpanded lookup table is used to display valid entries when entering results in Student Results Maintenance. The lookup values displayed depend on the result type for the subject assessment area.

Configuration File Maintenance (luReportResultTypeMaskExpanded)

In the following example, entries are set up for the BEHAVIOUR result type.

These are available from drop-down lists when entering results on the Student Results Maintenance window. See Maintaining student results in the Assessments and reports manual.

Student Results Maintenance - All Students tab (luReportResultTypeMaskExpanded)

To achieve this, the Asks questions assessment area has had the Result Type set to BEHAVIOUR, which links the assessment area to the mask drop-down list. See Subject Assessment Maintenance - Area tab - Area sub-tab in the Assessments and reports manual.

Code

Unique code used to identify the report result type. See luReportResultType lookup table.

MaskSeq

Order that the masks are displayed.

ActiveFlag

Clear this field to make the entry inactive.

MaskValue

Value recorded in the results field on the Student Results Maintenance window.

In the example used above, when the user selects Satisfactory this applies the accompanying MaskValue as the student's result.

Alternative percentage used by calculation procedures. For example, a result of 'A' might be treated as 95% in calculations.

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
