Campus

Campus to add the report to. This is used in combination with the Code (year level).

Code

Unique code used to identify the year level that the report adds to.

PrintAfterFlag

Select to print the report after all normal reports. That is, at the end, as a trailer page.

Clear to print the report before all normal reports, for example, as a cover page.

PrintSeq

If there are several reports before or after, then use this field to order them.

ReportCode

File name of the Crystal Report to run.

Description

Description as it appears in Print Student Reports.

ActiveFlag

Clear to hide old or de-activated entries.

Unique value for identifying records in the database.

FileYear

File year specified for this report. If not specified, report applies to all file years.

FileSemester

File semester specified for this report. If not specified, report applies to all file semesters.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
