Editing a task template

To edit a task template:

  1. Select Window > Show Task List.

    The Task List is displayed.

  2. Click Managing templates button.

    The Select a Template to Edit window is displayed.

  3. Select the template you want to edit.

    Tip: Type part or all of the description in the search box to filter the template list.

  4. Click OK button.

    The User Task / Workflow Task Template window is displayed.

  5. Edit the required fields or add or remove sub-tasks as required. See Using the Task window.
  6. Click OK button.
