Setting yourself as the originator of a task

To change the originator of an existing task to the current user:

1. Select Window > Show Task List.

   The Task List is displayed.

   

2. Select the task you would like to modify.
3. Click .

   The Confirm Reorigination of Workflow Tasks? window is displayed.

   

   Note: If you are reoriginating a single task the Confirm Change to Originator window is displayed.

4. Select either:
   • to reoriginate all tasks in the workflow
   • to only reoriginate only the selected task.

   The Confirm Change to Originator window is displayed.

   

5. Type CONFIRM into the text field.
6. Click .
