Adding new risk records
To add a new risk record:
- Click
.The Confirm window is displayed.

- Click
.The Risk Description field in the Details area is selected.
- Type a Risk Description.
- Type any details about the risk in the Risk Details field.
- Type any details about required actions in the Required Action field.
- Type any details about the staff members responsible for managing the risk in the Staff Responsible field.
- Click
