Allergy Seq

Unique identifying number for the allergy.

Add a new allergy record.

You can:

• Add a new allergy record. See Adding new allergies.

Note: You can also add allergy records using the Allergy tab. See Medical Maintenance - Allergy tab.

Tip: When you add a new allergy record it is simultaneously created on the Allergy tab.
