luExchangeScheme lookup table

Description

The luExchangeScheme lookup table is used to define exchange schemes used at your organisation.

It is used in the Exchange Scheme field on the NZMOE tab of:

Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab in the Future students manual.
Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab in the Current students manual.
Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab in the Past students manual.

Fields

Field	Description

Code	Unique identifier for the exchange scheme.
Description	Description of the exchange scheme.
ExternalSystem- Type	Code for the external system that provides the lookup table data.
ExternalSystem- Code	Code for the exchange scheme used by the external system. Note: For information about NZMOE exchange scheme codes see Exchange scheme in the Roll returns manual.
ActiveFlag	Whether the selected exchange scheme is active at your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
