Maintaining payment plans

Once payment plans have been configured, debtors can select their preferred payment plans on the Community Portal.

Payment plan selections are displayed on the following tabs:

Automatic Payments sub-tab on the Payment Type tab of Debtor Maintenance
Instalments tab of Debtor Maintenance.

How To

Update a payment plan instalment frequency. See Updating payment plan instalment frequencies.
Apply a payment plan process adjustment. See Applying payment plan process adjustments.
Deactivate a payment plan. See De-activating payment plans.
