Type

Type of medical plan. See luMedicalPlanType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Location

Storage location of the medical plan. For example, Classroom. See luMedicalLocation lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Start Date

Start date of the medical plan.

End Date

End date of the medical plan.

Instructions

Instructions for administering the medical plan.

Modified By

Community member that last modified the selected medical plan.

Modified Date

Date the medical plan was last modified.

Plan Seq

Unique identifier for the medical plan.

Add a new medical plan.

You can:

• Add a new medical plan record. See Adding new medical plans.

Note: You can also add medical plan records using the Medical Plan tab. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Plan tab.

Tip: When you create a new medical plan record it is simultaneously created on the Medical Plan tab.

• Link to an existing medical plan record. See Linking to existing medical plans.

Delete the selected medical plan.

View the document linked to the selected medical plan.

Maintain the document linked to the selected medical plan by either:

• Link an existing document. See Linking existing documents to medical plans.
• Link a new document. See Linking new documents to medical plans.
• Unlink the selected document. See Unlinking documents linked to medical plans.

Active Only

Select to only display active medication records.

Add a new medication record.

Delete the selected medication record.
