Publishing contact details to the Online application portal

You can publish the contact details of your organisation to the Online application portal to allow users to contact you if they need assistance.

To publish the contact details of your organisation to the Online application portal:

1. Open Synergetic.
2. Select Module > System > Configuration File Maintenance from the main menu.

   Tip: You can also access the System Maintenance functions by clicking .

   The Configuration File Maintenance window is displayed.

   

3. Locate the Dashboard:ContactUs configuration setting. See Dashboard:ContactUs configuration setting.
4. Type or paste HTML into the Value field to define the contact details of your organisation. For example:

   

5. Click .
6. Close the Configuration File Maintenance window.
7. Select File > Reload Configuration Settings from the Synergetic main menu.
