Selecting contacts for scheduling parent teacher interviews

To select a parent or guardian for scheduling parent teacher interviews:

1. Open the Schedule tab of the Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance window. See Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance - Schedule tab.
2. Click .

   The Contact/Student Search window is displayed.

   

3. Enter your search criteria for either the student or the parent or guardian contact.
4. Click .

   The Contact Student Search window is displayed with contacts based on your selection.

   

5. Highlight the contact.
6. Click .

   The selected contact and students are displayed in the Parent/Student area of the Schedule tab.
