Description

The IncludeCampus configuration setting controls which campuses are included by the VSR VSN Service.

For example, your organisation has three campuses: junior (J), senior (S) and ELC (E). You only want to include the junior and senior campuses in the VSR Service. To do this, set up the following keys:

ExternalSystem | VSR | VSN | IncludeCampus | J
ExternalSystem | VSR | VSN | IncludeCampus | S

Note: The campus to be processed is entered as Key 5, not in the value field.

The ELC campus is excluded.

Default value

The default value is a blank Key 5, which includes all campuses.

Setting a different value

To set a new value:

Click .
A new configuration entry is created.
Type External System into the Key 1 field.
Type VSR into the Key 2 field.
Type VSN into the Key 3 field.
Type IncludeCampus into the Key 4 field.
Type the campus code into the Key 5 field.
Click .
The configuration setting is saved.

Note: If there are campuses you do not want processed, ensure there is no IncludeCampus configuration entry without a campus code in Key 5, as this causes all campuses to be processed.
