Modifying an existing lookup table record

To modify an existing lookup table entry:

  1. Right click in the field associated with the lookup table you want to modify.

    A pop up menu similar to the following is displayed.

  2. Select Modify Lookup Table Entry from the pop up menu.

    The Modify Lookup Record window is displayed.

  3. Make the required changes to the displayed fields.
  4. Click OK button.

    The modified record is stored in the lookup table.

Note: To delete a lookup table entry, you must use the program Module > System > Lookup Tables Maintenance. You cannot delete an entry from the right click menu.
