Creating new pay codes

To create a new pay code:

1. Either:
   • click on the Set Pay Code Search Criteria window
   • click on the Pay Code Maintenance toolbar
   • select File > New from the main menu
   • right click on the Pay Code Selector grid and select New
   • press Ctrl + N.

     The Create New Payroll Code window is displayed.

     

2. Type in the information you know about the new pay code.
3. Click .
4. You can maintain other information about the pay code. See Maintaining pay codes.
