luPTIRequestStatus lookup table

Description

The luPTIRequestStatus lookup table is used to customise the parent teacher interview statuses and the colours used to highlight parent teacher interview statuses displayed in Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance. See Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance - Schedule tab.

This lookup table is used on:

the PTI tab of Student Result Maintenance. See Student Results Maintenance - PTI tab in the Assessments and reports manual.
the Students tab of Class Maintenance. See Class Maintenance - Students tab in the Assessments and reports manual.

Fields

Field	Description

Code	Unique code used to identify the parent teacher interview status.
Description	Description of the parent teacher interview status.
SynergyMeaning	Adjusts how the parent teacher interview status is displayed in Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance.
	Value	Description
	NOTREQ	Interview not required.
	NOTAVAIL	Interview not available.
	REQUEST	Interview requested.
	REQUIRE	Interview required.
ActiveFlag	Whether the parent teacher interview status is available.
Colour	Colour constant such as 'orange' of the parent teacher interview status text in Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance. Tip: This field also supports hexadecimal colour codes in the form of $0080FF or #0080FF.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
