The luForm lookup table is used to define the forms that your organisation uses.

Code

Unique code to identify the form.

Description

Description of the form.

HomeRoom

Home room of the form.

StaffName

Name of the staff member responsible for the form.

ID

Unique number identifying the form.

ActiveFlag

Whether the selected form is active.

FormSeq

Sequence of the form in the lookup table.

TransitionalFlag

Select to tag forms to group students for CEO Export data requirements.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
