luTutor lookup table

Description

The luTutor lookup table is used to define the tutor groups that your organisation uses. Tutor groups are used to define the home room class that students attend for attendance marking at the start of the day.

It is used in the Tutor Group field on the:

School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab in the Current students manual.
Enquiry tab of Enquiry Student Maintenance. See Enquiry Student Maintenance - Enquiry tab in the Future students manual.
Enrol Details tab of Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Enrol Details tab in the Future students manual.

Fields

Field	Description

Code	Unique identifier for the tutor group.
Description	Description of the tutor group.
HomeRoom	Home room of the tutor group.
TutorName	Name of the tutor responsible for the group.
ID	Synergetic ID of the tutor responsible for the group.
ActiveFlag	Whether the selected tutor group is active at your organisation.
TutorSeq	Order the groups are displayed in the Tutor Group drop-down list.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
