Past Student Maintenance - Medical Conditions tab

Use the Medical Conditions tab to view medical details about a person at a glance. This window is populated by information entered into other tabs of the Student Medical or Staff Medical window.

Note: For more information about medical details, see Maintaining medical details in the Medical details manual.

Tip: You can define the colours used to highlight each medical condition severity level. See the luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

To open the Medical Conditions tab:

Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.

Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking .
Select the past student. See Searching for past students.
The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Medical Conditions tab.
The Medical Conditions tab of Past Student Maintenance is displayed.

Field	Description
Medical Condition	Description of the medical condition including: severity level confidentiality status.
Details	Details about the medical condition. Note: This information is entered using the Condition Details field. See the Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab in the Medical details manual.
Emergency Treatment	Details about emergency treatment for the medical condition. Note: This information is entered using the Emergency Treatment Details field. See the Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab in the Medical details manual.
