Description

The Passport_Exp_I:ReminderWeekdays configuration setting determines the number of weekdays before the passport expiry date that passport expiring Action Centre reminder messages are created. See the Expiry Date field on following tabs:

• Current Student Maintenance - International tab in the Current students manual.
• Future Student Maintenance - International tab in the Future students manual.
• Community Maintenance - International tab in the Community manual.
• Staff Maintenance - International tab in the Human resources manual.

Default value

The default value is 10. Passport expiring Action Centre messages will be created ten weekdays before the expiry date.

Setting a new value

Type a new number into the Value field in Configuration File Maintenance to change the number of weekdays before the Expiry Date that passport expiring Action Centre reminder messages are created. See Maintaining configuration files.
