Maintaining student results

You can maintain the results for all students that you teach. See Process for maintaining student results.

By default, the security within Synergetic is set so that you can only access the results for your own classes.

How to:

Search for student results. See Searching for student results.
Use the Find/Replace window. See Using the Find/Replace window.
Enter results in bulk. See Entering results in bulk.
Sort and rank students. See Sorting and ranking students.
Import and export student results from the Synergetic database so that you can work from home. See Working on assessments off-line.
Maintain mark book assessment areas from Student Results Maintenance. See Maintaining mark book assessment areas from Student Results Maintenance.
Link a mark book assessment area to a subject assessment area. See Linking mark book assessment areas to a subject assessment area.
Enter comments for an individual student or overall comments for a class. See Entering and changing comments.
Edit formulas for the highlighted results column. See Editing formulas for the highlighted results column.
View results for a selected student. See Viewing student results (teacher).
View the results for all classes for a selected student, if you are the head of house, coordinator or an authorised staff member. See Viewing student results (coordinator).
Print copies of your class assessments and print student reports. See Processing student reports.
Export student results to Microsoft Excel. See Exporting and importing student results to and from Microsoft Excel.
Import student results from Microsoft Excel, one column at a time. See Exporting and importing student results to and from Microsoft Excel.
