Setting print flags in bulk

To enter the same print flags for all students:

1. Open the Class window. See Results Maintenance - Class window.

   

   Tip: You can also bulk set results from the Assessment and Mark Book windows.

2. Click on the column of the required assessment area.

   The Bulk Set Results window is displayed.

   

3. Select the Print Flag field.
4. Select or clear the Value field.

   

   Note: The result is applied to all students for the selected assessment area.

5. Click .

   The results are populated with the selected value.
