Results Maintenance - History window

Use the History window to view results for other classes the student has studied at your organisation.

Note: Only staff members with the StudentResultsMaint:AllStaff security resource enabled can view results of classes belonging to other staff members.

To open the History window:

Select Curriculum > Results Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Results Maintenance Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the class. See Searching for student results.
The class grid is displayed.
Click the launch link of the class you want to manage results for.
The Single window of Results Maintenance is displayed.
Select the appropriate student to view.
Click .
The History window of Results Maintenance is displayed.

Field	Description
Code	Class code of the class the student was enrolled in. Tip: Hover the mouse over the code to see the class description.
Year Semester	Year and semester the student was enrolled in the class.
Staff	Staff member who taught the class. Tip: Click on the staff code to launch Staff Maintenance for the staff member in a new tab. See Maintaining staff in the Human resources manual.
Comment	Overall comment for the class.
Assessment Area	Student's result for each assessment area of the class. Student results are colour-coded to indicate if the result has a topic comment: blue - the result has a topic comment black - no topic comment has been entered. Tip: Hover the mouse over the result to see the topic comment. Note: To save space, any class that has the same assessment area as the class above shares the assessment area heading.

Class code of the class the student was enrolled in.

Tip: Hover the mouse over the code to see the class description.

Year Semester

Year and semester the student was enrolled in the class.

Staff

Staff member who taught the class.

Tip: Click on the staff code to launch Staff Maintenance for the staff member in a new tab. See Maintaining staff in the Human resources manual.

Comment

Overall comment for the class.

Assessment Area

Student's result for each assessment area of the class. Student results are colour-coded to indicate if the result has a topic comment:

blue - the result has a topic comment
black - no topic comment has been entered.

Tip: Hover the mouse over the result to see the topic comment.

Note: To save space, any class that has the same assessment area as the class above shares the assessment area heading.
