OverrideSenderText

Description

The OverrideSenderText setting is used to update the text automatically inserted into an email message sent from a grid. The text is automatically inserted at the beginning of the email when a user sends grid records on behalf of another person.

A user can only send emails to grid records on behalf of another person if the SYS security setting GridEmailChangeSender has been set for them. See Maintaining security permissions.

Note: This message is only shown when emailing on behalf of another person from a grid. No text is inserted if you are emailing from another part of Synergetic.

Default value

The default value is Email sent by ?. The ? is replaced by the person's name that is sending the email (on behalf of the other person).
