Unique code used to identify the communication. See Maintaining communications in the Development manual.

Description

Description of the communication.

The Communication field is displayed as the Description field in the grid area.

Type

Type of communication. For example, newsletter or event reminder.

Method

Way the communication is to be sent. For example, posted or by email.

Date

Date and time of the communication.

Primary

Whether to send communications to the primary contact only. The default is to include the spouse in all communications.

Bulk Added

Flag is selected if the communication has been added in bulk.

Communication

Select the communication sent.

Date

Date and time of the communication.

Bulk Added

Flag is selected if the communication has been added in bulk.

Primary Only

If selected, only the primary contact is invited.

The default is to include the attendee and their spouse, if they have one.

Note: This field is not editable. To select or clear this field, use the button.

Comment

Optional comments about the communication to the recipient.

Launch into Communications Maintenance.

Add a new row then input the details of the communication.

Delete the highlighted communication.

Communication Type

Type of communication.

Notify Method

Method used to send the communication or whether no notification is required. For example, you might communicate by:

• email
• mail
• SMS (text) messages
• and so on.

Comment

Any comment on the notification method or communication type.

Launch into Communications Types Maintenance.
