Day |
Day number. For example:

Period |
Period number for the class, expressed as an integer. Tip: If the class is not held in a period, such as an all-day prep class, then set the Period field to 0. |
Campus |
Campus the class is held at. |
Class |
Class code. |
Staff ID |
Staff identifier. |
Room |
Normal room number where the class is conducted. |
Student ID |
Student identification number. Note: This is imported from the timetable package, and is almost always 0. There is only a student ID in this field if the timetable record is for a particular student. |
Timetable Date |
Date, if the timetable is for a specific date. |
Year |
Year the timetable refers to. |
Semester |
Semester the timetable refers to. |
Type |
File type of the class, whether academic or co-curricular. |
T/T Sequence |
Timetable sequence number. Note: The sequence number is generated by the import process. You can use this to track down problems in the import process. |
Buttons

Go to the first record. |

Go back 10 records. |

Go to the previous record. |

Go to the next record. |

Go forward 10 records. |

Go to the last record. |
|
Insert a new record before the highlighted record. |

Delete the current record. |

Save any changes you have made to the current record into the database. Changes are automatically saved when you move to another record. |

Discard any changes you have made on the current record. |
