Code for the timetable. |

Time Table Path |
Filepath describing where the timetable is located on the network. |
File Year |
File year that the timetable is applied to. |
File Semester |
Semester that the timetable is applied to. |
File Type |
Type of classes described in the timetable. For example:

Schedule grid area fields

Class Campus |
Campus the timetable should apply to. If Not Selected, timetable is applied to all campuses.

Timetable Group |
Timetable group the timetable should apply to.

Timetable Type |
Type of timetable selected in the Definition grid area. The format of this timetable must be selected so that its fields can be matched with those in Synergetic. |
Year Level From |
Lowest year level that the timetable should apply to. |
Year Level To |
Highest year level that the timetable should apply to. |
Student Link Field |
Code that links timetable records in the import file to student records in Synergetic. Either:

Staff Link Field |
Code that links timetable records in the import file to staff records in Synergetic. Either:

Import Order Seq |
Order that the timetable is imported in, if there are several timetables being imported at once. |
Timetable Operation Mode Code |
Select the operations mode that defines timetable import options such as:

Import Start Date Time |
Date that the imported timetable commences. |
Import End Date Time |
Date that the imported timetable ends. |
Enabled Flag |
Select to allow the import schedule to take place. |
Email To Addresses |
Email addresses to be notified whether the import has been successful or not. |
Period Offset |
Offset required to align timetable period with Synergetic periods. Note: Your periods in Synergetic may not tie in exactly with the periods in your timetabling program. For example, an offset of -1 makes period 2 in the timetable package equate to period 1 in Synergetic. |
