The Keys tab allows you to keep track of all keys issued to staff members. Use the Keys tab to:

Key Code |
Select the key that is being issued. |
Date Issued |
Optionally select a date of issued. |
Key Number |
Provide the key's unique identification number (up to 15 characters). |
Date Returned |
Select the date the key was returned. |
Comment |
Any comment about the key issue. |
Currently Issued Only |
Select to only display keys that are currently issued to the staff member. Clear to display all keys ever issued to the staff member, including keys that have been returned. |

Add a new line to the grid then issue a new key to the staff member. Tip: If you are adding a key for the first time for the staff member, you do not need to click Add. Just select the Key Code and the Date Issued. Click Add if you are adding another key. |

Delete the highlighted key from the staff member's list after it has been returned. |
