Staff Maintenance - Students tab

The Students tab displays a list of all students that are enrolled in the staff member’s classes.

You cannot add students to classes using this tab; you add students to classes using Student Maintenance by inserting classes in the student’s list. See Current Student Maintenance - Classes tab in the Current students manual.

Tip: Right click on the grid to email one or more students in the class. See Sending emails in the Introduction manual.

To open the Students tab:

Select Module > Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the main menu.
Tip: You can also access the staff functions by clicking .
Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members.
The Personal tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Students tab.

Active Only	Select to display only students who are currently enrolled at your organisation.
