Viewing student results (teacher)

Use the Student Results window to view assessment results for an individual student.

To open the Student Results window:

Select Module > Assessments > Student Result Maintenance.
The Set Student Search Criteria window is displayed.

Tip: You can also access the Set Student Search Criteria window by clicking .
Search for the classes attended by the student. See Searching for student results.
Tip: Search by Staff Code or Staff ID.
The Student Results Selector window is displayed.
Select the class.
The Single Student tab of the Student Results Maintenance window is displayed.
Either:
- Click View Othr.
- Right click and select View Other Results.
The Student Results window is displayed for the selected student.
Select the All Classes option.
The Student Results window is redisplayed for the selected student.

Field	Description
All Classes	Select to view all classes.
Classes with Learning Area	Select to view only classes in the specified learning area.
Classes with Assess Code	Select to view only classes with the specified assessment code.
Classes by Staff Member	Select to view only classes taught by the selected staff member.
File Type	Type of class. For example: academic classes music classes sport and so on.
Show All Non Academic	Select to show all non-academic classes. The File Type field is made inactive if this flag is selected.
Assessable Classes Only	Select to show assessable classes only.

Description

All Classes

Select to view all classes.

Classes with Learning Area

Select to view only classes in the specified learning area.

Classes with Assess Code

Select to view only classes with the specified assessment code.

Classes by Staff Member

Select to view only classes taught by the selected staff member.

File Type

Type of class. For example:

Show All Non Academic

Select to show all non-academic classes.

The File Type field is made inactive if this flag is selected.

Assessable Classes Only

Select to show assessable classes only.
