This section outlines changes to the Introduction manual arising from changes made to SynWeb 66R2.

New toolbar icons.

New toolbar icons have been added for:

  • Individual plans Individual plan icon
  • Anaphylaxis Anaphylaxis icon.

Using the SynWeb toolbar icons

Multiple bars open at one time functionality has been disabled.

Only one bar is able to be opened at a time. The options to expand all Expand All button (synweb) and collapse all Collapse All button (synweb) bars have been removed.

Using navigation bars

Customise Tabs window changed.

You can now change the order of tabs on the Customise Tabs window by clicking and dragging each tab.

The Up arrow wide (synweb) and Down arrow wide (synweb) buttons have been removed.

Ability to filter grids added.

You can now filter the content of grids in SynWeb.

Excursion Maintenance - Attendees bar (grid filters, cut down, synweb, what's new)

Sorting and filtering grids

Clear button removed from calendar.

The Clear Button button has been removed from calendar.

Using the graphical calendar

New Preferences tab field.

The Prioritise Standard Report Over Site Report field has been added to the Preferences tab of the User Preferences window.

New Action Centre tab in User Preferences.

You can use the Action Centre tab of the User Preferences window to maintain Action Centre preferences.

Changes to task creation.

Task creation has received the following updates:

  • New Add/Edit Tasks window to add and edit tasks.
  • New Task From Template window displayed for all new tasks
  • New Task From Template button (synweb) button has been removed from the Task List window.
  • Originator and Allocated To options removed from the New Task From Template window.

Using task templates

New Save Task as Template window.

You can use the Save Task as Template window to add information during template creation including:

  • template name
  • link to a module
  • always added to a particular community member
  • estimated duration of the task
  • availability of the template to the public.

  • Fields Changed tab.
  • About tab.
