New bars added to Staff Maintenance

New bars added to Staff Maintenance:

Maintaining staff

Multiple bars open at one time functionality has been disabled.

Only one bar is able to be opened at a time. The option Expand All button (synweb) to expand all bars and Collapse All button (synweb) to collapse all bars has been removed. The Collapse all Nav Bars field has been removed from the Set Staff Search Criteria window.

Searching for staff members

Ability to specify ID when creating new staff has been removed.

The Use Existing ID field has been removed and the ID field greyed out in the Create New Staff - Name window.

Fields added to Document Filters area of DocMan bar of Staff Maintenance.

Description and Source Reference fields added to Document Filters area of DocMan bar of Staff Maintenance.

Occupation Email field renamed.

The Occupation Email field has been renamed the Email field on the Personal bar of Staff Maintenance.

Current WWC Required field added to the Working With Children Checks area of the Other bar of Staff Maintenance.

The School bar of Staff Maintenance has been updated.is now editable and fields have been rearranged and renamed.

You can now edit school details on the School bar of Staff Maintenance. Additionally, the following fields have been renamed:

  • Active Flag field is now Active Staff Member
  • Staff Campus field is now Campus
  • Extension field is now Phone Extension
  • Staff Year Level field is now Normal Year Level.

M/B Exported field removed.

The M/B Exported field has been removed from the Classes bar of Staff Maintenance.

Timetable bar updated.

The Timetable bar of Staff Maintenance has received the following updates:

  • the grid area automatically refreshes when the File Type and Timetable Date fields are changed
  • the Refresh button and Clear Button buttons have been removed
  • Pastoral field has been added to the grid area.

Substitution Search Criteria updated.

 

You can use the:

  • Substitution Date From and To fields to search for substitutions across a date range
  • Show all substitutes required field to display all substitutes required for the selected date range.

New Attachments area added to the Substitute Class Resources window.

Attachments can now be added to a substitution arrangement in the Substitute Class Resources window. Attachments will be emailed to the substitute teacher.

Parking Space field added to the Vehicles tab of Staff Kiosk - My Details.
